We have no rentals available at this time. If you would like to join our wait list, you will need to apply and pay the application fee. There is no guarantee for a rental approval or availability. Application Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Rent is due the 1st of the month and late on the 5th. If you cannot drop off a check on or before the late period, you do have the option to pay online. There are fees for paying through this online service. These fees are in addition to rent.

Who do I contact for a maintenance request?

When is my rent due?

No matter your move in date, all rent is due the 1st day of each month. Rent is late on the 5th and will incur a late fee.

Are pets allowed?

Pets ARE NOT allowed at any property. You cannot move in and then decide you want a dog or cat, etc. Pets found residing in the rental unit will be removed and a $500 fee will be imposed for removal and cleanup.
